Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 29, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Top Tech Experts website located at toptechexperts.com (the "Site") and the services described on it, including computer and laptop repair, business IT support, and custom PC building services (the "Services"), offered by Top Tech Experts ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 8215 Long Point Rd #8, Houston, TX 77055. By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. Content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Top Tech Experts and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

2. Services & Estimates

Diagnostic assessments, repair timelines, and price quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and may change once a technician has fully inspected a device or system. We will notify you of any material change in scope or cost before proceeding with additional work, and we will not perform chargeable work beyond an approved estimate without your consent.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for backing up your data before dropping off a device or granting remote/on-site access, where reasonably possible. While we take reasonable care, we are not responsible for data loss that occurs during diagnostics, repair, or upgrade work.
  • You confirm that you own the device or system, or are otherwise authorized to request service on it.
  • Devices left unclaimed after a reasonable period following completed service may be subject to a storage fee or, after notice, considered abandoned in accordance with applicable law.

4. Warranties

Repairs and custom builds are covered by a limited warranty on parts and labor as communicated to you at the time of service. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, liquid exposure, unauthorized modification, or issues unrelated to the original repair or build.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or in-store. Custom PC builds and larger IT projects may require a deposit before work begins.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Top Tech Experts related to appointment confirmations, service updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. For more on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Tech Experts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, and continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
